ROLE :
Primary: To support Virtualization products from Citrix, eg. XenServer. To support related storage
technologies necessary for virtualization
Secondary: To support Access team products - Citrix XenApp, Xen DesktopNetscalar, Repeater,
Riverbed Steelhead, RSA Secure ID, WYSE Thinclients
REPORTS TO : Manager (Support)
